  Custom Designed Homes

  As a custom home builder in SydneyRahme Constructions specialises in customising your home using our in-house design service. We pride ourselves on providing affordable luxury and practical designs for contemporary lifestyles. URBN Built has developed a comprehensive and streamlined process, summarised in three phases: Assess, Design, Build.

  Assess

  The first step in the design process is assessing the characteristics of the building site within the context of the neighbourhood planning scheme, and the preferred style and size of your new home. We examine site dimensions, slope, northerly orientation, easements and proximity of adjoining buildings, to identify opportunities and restrictions on the site. A complete site analysis requires a soil test (geotechnical engineer) and feature survey (land surveyor), prior to commencing the detailed architectural and engineering design. We will explain our process in detail and how we work with our clients over the course of the pre-construction and construction phases.

  Design

  A great home begins with creative design. Our design team and architect will work with you to customise your floor plan to fit your lifestyle, design objectives and characteristics of the site. The initial concept plan will be modified through several iterations until you are happy with the layout. Once the concepts designs are completed, we will be able to provide an estimate of the construction cost, before proceeding to preparing the comprehensive construction documentation required for a building permit.

  Build

  On completion of the construction documentation we are ready to commence construction. We offer fixed price contracts and the capability to complete your new home to exacting detail. A detailed construction schedule will be prepared and we will keep you informed of key milestones and progress. Our site manager will induct all tradesmen to ensure a thorough knowledge and understanding of the key architectural features of your home.
